Kylie Mustow is an experienced paediatric dietitian with over 20 years in the field, known for her compassionate, practical, and strengths-based approach to supporting families.

After completing a Master of Dietetics at Curtin University, Kylie worked in hospitals across Australia before specialising in paediatrics in 2012. She undertook further training at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne and developed deep expertise in feeding difficulties among infants and young children.

Kylie is a passionate advocate for infant and maternal health. She completed a Diploma of Breastfeeding Management through the Australian Breastfeeding Association and became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in 2018.

Kylie is also a strong supporter of neurodivergent children and their families. She recognises and respects the many different ways children eat and experience food, and works from a neurodiversity-affirming lens. Her approach is grounded in acceptance, curiosity, and care—honouring each child’s sensory needs, autonomy, and relationship with food.

As a mother of three, Kylie brings both clinical insight and real-life experience to her work. She believes in empowering families by recognising their strengths, listening without judgement, and tailoring strategies that work in the context of each child’s and family’s unique needs.
