Dr. Chamilka is an experienced general paediatrician with over 20 years of expertise in caring for children from newborns to adolescents. She has a special interest in behavioural and developmental concerns, including autism, ADHD, other challenging behaviours, developmental delays, and learning difficulties. She is also highly skilled in managing and coordinating care for children with chronic illnesses and complex medical needs.

Dr. Chamilka has practised in Sri Lanka, the United Kingdom, and Australia, gaining extensive experience across clinical paediatrics, research, and medical education. She is deeply committed to providing compassionate, family-centred care and believes in fostering trust and strong partnerships with parents and children to ensure long-term, positive health outcomes.
